Before start applying for the HCL Recruitment, Candidates need to be registered itself for apprenticeship on India government portal, http://www.apprenticeship.gov.in/. Then, it is suggested that candidates select the “ establishment search” option under the menu on this site. Then, select the Hindustan Copper Limited, Malanjkhand Copper Project to go for training with HCL. The website generates a unique number for you. You have to use this number when submitting your application for this recruitment.
After complete the registration on apprentice official portal, it is suggested to you to go to HCL website, and then complete their application process there before 20 August. So, here is a step by step candidate should follow to apply for the HCL vacancy

- Attach your required documents with the form
- Submit your application form on the website
- After you submit the form, you should get a print of the Computer-Generated Online Application and Acknowledgement Slip for future use.
Selection process
The candidates need to fill their applications and then go through the selection process to finally recruited on apprentice posts in HCL department. The candidates will selected by a merit list that shows their marks in the 10th and ITI exams.
A weightage of 30% marks scored in ITI and weightage of 70% marks in 10th exam are necessary for candidates to qualified. If no IRI is required, then 100% weightage marks will given to the 10th board exam. So, if two or more candidates get equal marks according to the merit list, then the candidates of the highest age will get preferences.
